Once per day, large containers of hot food were brought to the JSS from the main Forward Operating Base (FOB). No bags or photographs are allowed at the DFACS (FOB mess hall), so I didn't violate operational security to take photos there. The DFACS food is usually pretty good.Greg Janneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06141672728980987392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463103396043521689.post-72441707390754927382013-06-27T02:07:44.191-04:002013-06-27T02:07:44.191-04:00You didn't photograph any food, though? You didn't photograph any food, though? I'm not excited, especially since I'm in the National Guard and in an FA unit. I was prior infantry and don't see the transition to this way for the FA guys as easy or a task that we should do. But that is the 56th Stryker Brigade. I'm ETS'ing as soon as I get off the plane at the end of the year.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463103396043521689.post-63035644062329877932008-04-17T11:06:00.000-04:002008-04-17T11:06:00.000-04:00Wow, what a life, and what an experience for you! ...Wow, what a life, and what an experience for you!
